- For exterior paint applications, Windsor does not recommend the application of paints with an LRV rating of 55 or lower (black = 0 and white = 100). For darker paint colors with an LRV of 55 or lower, you must use a product that has been specifically developed for application on PVC and follow the paint manufacturers recommendations.
