The first step in the Dispute Resolution Process is for you and Windsor to attempt to resolve your Dispute informally. The first step is for you to provide Windsor with a Notice of Dispute. To do so, please complete the form below.
Once you SUBMIT the form you will receive an email confirming your email address. Upon confirmation of your email address your submission will be directed to a Windsor Field Service Representative who will respond at their first opportunity. Please note this process may take up to 60 days.
