The Union County Chamber of Commerce in North Carolina has named Windsor Windows & Doors as a recipient of a 2016 Gold Safety Award.
This is the fourth time in the past 6 years that Windsor’s Monroe location has earned the Chamber award. Criteria for the Safety Awards is based on rate of days away from work, job transfer and restrictions. Winners must demonstrate rates in these categories that are at least 50% below the industry average.
Windsor is honored to be recognized for its commitment to worker safety. The awards will be presented at the Safety Awards Banquet on May 11, 2017, which will feature North Carolina Department of Labor Commissioner Cherie Berry.
