This two-level custom residence was designed for a former World Cup Snowboarder and Olympic medalist and his family. Located in Snowmass Village, the lot has expansive views toward the Owl Creek Divide. The entry level was designed with an open layout for maximum exposure to the two large decks off the back of the home. The homeowners requested that the spacious great room maintain a cozy feeling for their family. The architect achieved this by varying the rooflines to define and separate the different seating areas.

Cascada Centre is a 37,000-square-foot medical office building located on the east side of Lafayette, near two new area hospitals. Collaborating with the owner’s contractor from the very beginning, KJG Architecture worked with budget in mind throughout the design and documentation phases. Contemporary finishes on the interior and exterior were chosen to mimic those found in a large metropolitan area, in an effort to raise the bar for office space in Lafayette.
