Windsor is finalizing the interior space of our newest production facility in Norwalk, Iowa. We have enhanced the work environment for our employees by displaying dynamic graphics and inspirational signs and banners throughout the facility. These graphics reinforce our corporate values of Integrity, Safety, Servant Leadership, Respect for People and Customer Focus. On the production floor, banners over the workstations remind employees of the importance of safety in their day-to-day activities. And we have dedicated a wall that displays photographs of each team member as well as a special place to honor those selected as the Difference Maker of the Month. Wall plaques throughout the hallways reinforce the Difference Maker Initiative with motivational quotes. In the office area, we display signage to promote our strong commitment to being “Easy to do Business With.” Windsor will be installing similar graphics throughout our other production facilities during the coming year.
