As Windsor enters 2022, we’d like to review some of the product development projects we completed in 2021.

In January we launched the Pinnacle clad 3-1/4” direct set and radius. This product was designed specifically to complement the Pinnacle clad 3-1/4” casement and awning platform to address narrow wall construction as well as drywall return conditions.

January also saw the introduction of the offset Euro sliding patio handle set option providing a contemporary hardware solution for Pinnacle sliding patio doors.

Windsor announced the elimination of the AAMA 2604 exterior powder paint finish for Pinnacle clad and Pinnacle Select impact products, making the AAMA 2605 upgraded finish standard at no additional cost.

In June the launch of a contemporary crank and cover option to address the market needs with an emphasis on contemporary architecture. This option was added to Pinnacle, Pinnacle Select, Legend, Legend HBR, Next Dimension Signature, Revive clad, Revive hybrid and Revive vinyl casement and awning products.

Next Dimension 2” Simulated Checkrail

Next Dimension 2” Simulated Checkrail

A 2” simulated checkrail option was added to Next Dimension Signature casements, awnings and direct sets as well as Next Dimension Classic single hung fixed, double hung fixed and sliding windows. This putty profile option provides a true checkrail look.
