Upon entering the home, you notice the important role the windows and doors play in achieving the modern design. The home showcases casement windows and large, fixed rectangular direct set windows, as well as large assemblies of direct set trapezoid windows that accentuate the roof line. In addition, many operating units utilize horizontal simulated divided lite grille bars as accents. The narrow aluminum clad/wood frames, narrow sash profiles and narrow mulls contribute to the modern design and maximize the natural light coming into to the home’s interiors.
The rear walkout level features large direct set units, hinged doors and a large multi-slide door for expanded views and access. Large floor to ceiling Windsor windows and stacking doors provide a smooth transition from the indoor to outdoor living areas.
