As I reflect on 2025, I want to start with a sincere thank you to our customers. Your business, loyalty and friendship mean everything to us at Windsor Windows & Doors. You trust us to deliver quality products and dependable service, and that trust drives every decision we make.
Looking Back
We entered 2025 with clarity and urgency. After missing the mark in 2024, we made restoring our “Easy To Do Business With” promise our top priority. I’m proud of the progress we made together:
Operational performance improved significantly.
We lowered lead times, increased on-time shipments back to pre-2020 levels, and dramatically reduced backorders.
Backorders became measurable and manageable.
Backordered items are tracked separately from standard orders to ensure they receive priority for fulfillment.
Quality took a significant step forward.
We successfully rolled out a new quality program at our West Des Moines facility, with plans underway to expand it to Norwalk, Iowa and North Carolina.
We grew into our new capacity.
2025 marked our first full year of operations at the new plant in Monroe, North Carolina. Moving a large manufacturing operation is never easy, but we are now comfortably operating with the capacity we need for future growth. If you haven’t visited the Monroe facility yet, I encourage you to do so.
Product innovation accelerated.
We launched new Entry Door offerings and the New Next Dimension vinyl product line for Monroe customers, including impact-rated products for coastal applications. New Next Dimension, alone, doubles our vinyl window production capacity.
Leadership continuity remained strong.
We promoted and added talented leaders, including Dave Rhoten as director of Sales, Phil Weber as director of Product Development, Ron Medhurst as Eastern Division Sales manager, Zach Spurr as Product manager, and welcomed Lisa Munger as Marketing & Communications manager.
Looking Ahead
As we move into 2026, our 80th year in business, our direction is clear. We remain steadfast in our pursuit of being the window and door company that is easiest to do business with. By continuing to improve quality and order fill rates, launching new products, and enhancing every customer touchpoint—including a major website redesign—we are building a stronger Windsor for the future.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
