In June, Windsor announced a partnership with GoWindowGo as a third-party supplier of out-of-warranty replacement parts and pieces. GoWindowGo is a well-established and knowledgeable millwork company that provides out-of-warranty materials for other window and door manufacturers, and has done so successfully for many years.
GoWindowGo is simply another resource provided by Windsor for distributors to use to refer homeowners who have Windsor products that are no longer under warranty. Homeowners can visit the GoWindowGo website to purchase materials and have it delivered directly to them. This takes the Windsor distributor out of the process, allowing them to focus on other aspects of their business. Windsor still has a very capable internal team of associates ready to answer and review any inquiries for out-of-warranty items as we have in the past.

This new resource is only for Windsor products that are out of warranty. For any products that are still under warranty, please follow the normal process working through our Windsor Field Service team.
