The Monroe Plant is excited to announce its participation in the Employee Home Makeover Program. The program, which was launched at the West Des Moines plant in 2016, started in Monroe in November.
The Monroe plant has chosen employee Judy Staton, who has been with Windsor for over 17 years and is a strong contributor to the Double Hung Department. Judy’s project is currently underway and will be finished by year end.
Along with helping a well-deserving employee, Windsor Windows & Doors Monroe employees have the chance to volunteer and build a camaraderie that will continue into the work space.
