It all comes down to thorough training and empowerment of our production personnel.
Leading this charge for us at Windsor’s North Carolina location is Geoff Gausman, our new Quality Manager. Geoff brings 10+ years of experience working to implement quality assurance programs in various manufacturing industries within the U.S., as well as overseas in China and India.
With ISO auditing and Six Sigma black belt certifications, Geoff is working with West Des Moines Quality Manager Casey Coppock to implement comprehensive training programs for all production associates. In addition, they will analyze all workstations so employees have a clean, organized and effectively stocked work area—with the understanding that these needs play an imperative role in the quality craftsmanship of our products.
Our philosophy within the quality department will continue to be “trust but verify.” It is our goal to make Windsor’s quality the most reliable in the industry.
