Cullum Homes earned the prestigious “Development of the Year” recognition for its Village at Mountain Shadows project in Arizona. The winner was announced at the ICF Builder Awards during the World of Concrete Trade Show in Las Vegas. The award is presented annually to the developer who demonstrates excellence in construction.
The Village at Mountain Shadows has been praised for its use of insulated, energy-efficient products, which includes Windsor Windows’ Pinnacle line. Windsor casements, direct sets and sliding patio doors are featured on more than 20 of the properties in the Village at Mountain Shadows, which is a development comprised ofdetached, single-family luxury homes.
