Those Who Make a Difference

Each month, this internal initiative celebrates those outstanding individuals who make a difference in our company through self-motivation, consistency, dedication and engagement in the work they do every day. The managers from each of our three production facilities will select employees who demonstrate these qualities as “Difference Makers.” We are proud to recognize these special employees who exemplify the strong work ethic and personal integrity, and who make Windsor extraordinary.

Richie Honeycutt

Richie Honeycutt was the July Difference Maker recipient for our NC facility. Richie works in the metal department and has been a valued member of the Windsor family for over 19 years. He is acutely focused on our company’s goals and is always willing and able to step in where needed. He shows his dedication to Windsor by always being on time and never misses a day. In Richie’s free time he enjoys fishing, DIY projects and attending tractor and car shows. Thank you, Richie, for your commitment to Windsor!

Jordan Livingston

The August recipient of the NC Difference Maker award was Jordan Livingston. Jordan has worked for Windsor for 5 years and is an integral member of the scheduling department. Jordan consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and is willing to help and research solutions for those in and outside of his team. He is willing to go above and beyond by working Saturdays to learn the scheduling processes and by assisting the materials team where needed. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with friends and playing video games. Thank you, Jordan, for setting an example for those around you and inspiring us all to make a difference.

David Lane Broome

David “Lane” Broome was the winner of the September Difference Maker award for our NC facility. Lane works in the double hung area and is very knowledgeable on many difference aspects of his department. He volunteers to assist other areas of production whenever needed and works diligently to complete any task that he is assigned.  Lane has 5 children and enjoys playing pool at his local pool hall. Congratulations, Lane, and keep up the good work!
