Each month, we celebrate outstanding individuals who make a difference in our company by demonstrating self-motivation, consistency, dedication and engagement in our workplace. The managers from each of our three production facilities select employees who exhibit these qualities. We designate these hardworking employees as “Difference Makers.”
April 2025 Difference Makers

Sancha Subba is a member of Windsor’s IG Production Department in our West Des Moines facility. Sancha is dedicated to getting things done in a timely manner and getting them done right. He’s reliable, consistent and thorough in his work. We appreciate Sancha’s flexibility in moving between the first and second shifts and his ability to work well with others, regardless of which shift he is working. He comes into the plant every day with a smile on his face, ready to make his contribution. Congratulations to Sancha for being chosen as the April 2025 Difference Maker at our West Des Moines plant.

Thanh Nguyen works in the Vinyl Specials Department in our Norwalk plant. With more than ten years of experience, Thanh has extensive knowledge of vinyl production and can assist in many different departments. He is very reliable and works well with others. He is conscientious in his work and is focused on meeting the company’s goals. Thanh continues to learn new skills and is eager to assist others whenever needed. We appreciate Thanh’s contributions to our success. Congratulations on being selected as the April 2025 Difference Maker at Windsor’s Norwalk plant.

Victor Wilson is a member of our Warehouse Department at the West Des Moines facility. Victor’s contributions have made a positive impact on our glass receiving process. He oversees the inventory of our glass and confirms it is organized and in its proper place. He demonstrates a strong work-ethic and serves as a role model to others. He arrives every day with a smile on his face and he is always eager to learn and assist others. We are grateful to Victor for his optimistic outlook and for his dedication to our company’s success. Congratulations to Victor for being selected as a Difference Maker at our West Des Moines plant in April.

We’d like to thank Jim Guffey for exhibiting the qualities of a true Difference Maker. Jim has worked in the Parts Department at Windsor’s Monroe, NC plant since 2018. Since returning to Windsor after a brief period of illness, Jim has come back on board and made great strides in running and managing the double end machine. When asked to work overtime, he is always willing to do so and has a great attitude. He greets everyone with a smile and does his best to leave a positive impact on every person he speaks to each day. Jim is a wonderful member of our team, and we congratulate him on this well-deserved recognition!
May 2025 Difference Makers

Michael Wright was selected as the West Des Moines plant Difference Maker for the month of May. Mike is part of our Warehouse Team. He pulls parts for many different departments and consistently provides this important service in an efficient manner with a smile on his face. Mike has been a quick learner and takes pride in his work. He is engaged and focused on his tasks, and he works well with others. He demonstrates consistency and reliability and has a cheerful demeanor. Mike is very dedicated to the goals of his team and to the goals of our company. Mike has earned this designation as a Difference Maker!

Maria Lopez Valenzuela was selected as the Norwalk plant Difference Maker for the month of May. Maria works as the 4-corner welder on the Next Dimension Classic Team. She has been with Windsor for five years and during that time, she has developed many skills required in the vinyl assembly process. Maria is consistent and reliable and because of her knowledge, she can assist wherever she is needed. Maria is dedicated to precision and ensures each piece meets our strict quality standards. She is supportive of her team members and makes everyone’s workday more pleasant. Congratulations to Maria and thank you for making a difference!

Araseli Cruz has worked at Windsor’s Monroe, NC plant for just about a year but in that short time, she has truly become an excellent employee. She has demonstrated that she is detail oriented, organized, respectful and has a strong work ethic. She works efficiently and always makes sure the units she produces meet our strict quality standards. She comes to work with a smile on her face and has a positive attitude regardless of any challenges she encounters. We can depend on Araseli to help her fellow employees and make sure the job is done right. Congratulations to Araseli for being recognized as the May Difference Maker at our Monroe, NC plant.
June 2025 Difference Makers

Max Entz works on the first shift in our Patio Door Department. During his time in this department, he has taken the initiative to make many improvements. He personally inspects and confirms that all units meet our specifications, works with our Continuous Improvement Department to confirm the screw packet that is included with each unit is correct and always keeps his workspace clean and organized. When he finds a process that can be improved, he finds a way to improve it. His dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference! Congratulations, Max, on being named the June Difference Maker at our West Des Moines plant.

Javier Antonio Servellon Ingles is Windsor’s Norwalk Plant Difference Maker for June. He has worked in the Shipping Department for five years and is currently serving as the coordinator. Javier is very committed to improving our shipping processes. He is involved in all aspects of shipping, including running reports, closing trucks and training employees that are new to his area. He works with the line leads and managers to make sure orders are complete and prepared to meet their shipping date. He recently covered for the lead and the department didn’t miss a beat under Javier’s leadership. Javier’s dedication is greatly appreciated.

Rebecca Escamilla has become an important member of Windsor’s Monroe, NC casement line. Rebecca has been with Windsor since January 2025 and currently works as a Casement Hanger. Rebecca is relatively new to Windsor but has learned three different jobs on the casement line in the short time she has been with us. She is a quick learner and is always willing to help others. She is ready and able to stay late when needed. Rebecca ensures each piece she produces meets our strict quality standards. She is supportive of her team members and makes everyone’s workday more pleasant. Thank you to Rebecca for making a difference and congratulations on this well-deserved recognition!
