The City of Monroe, North Carolina, recognized Windsor Windows & Doors’ commitment to the community by awarding the company with an economic development incentive of $110,257 on Saturday.
As part of a 7-year agreement with the City of Monroe, Windsor is investing more than $50 million in facility improvements, advanced equipment and expanded manufacturing capacity. In 2024, Windsor invested more than $25.8 million into its Monroe operations, exceeding its annual commitment. These investments are helping secure Monroe’s place as a hub for advanced manufacturing and creating opportunities for current and future employees.
“Our growth is only possible because of the strong partnership we share with Monroe and the dedicated employees who call this community home,” said Mark Rieser, president, Windsor Windows & Doors. “We are honored to invest in Monroe, not just as a place to do business, but as a community where families live, work and thrive.”
Windsor’s Monroe facility is one of the company’s largest operations, employing hundreds of residents and supporting a wide range of skilled jobs. The ongoing investments are designed to ensure Windsor continues to deliver high-quality, innovative window and door solutions while strengthening Monroe’s local economy.
