The past year of working remotely has taught us many things. In particular, it has taught us how to improvise and there is no doubt that virtual meetings are here to stay. Since we have suspended our traditional Windsor University Program for the time being, we have developed a new training solution for our distributors and their employees.
WindsorVIEW is an exciting new program for remote learning. The name VIEW stands for Virtual Interactive Educational Window. Product experts will present information on each of our product lines, on the PowerTools quoting process, and on our Field Service procedures. In addition, a detailed tour of our company’s most valuable marketing tool — our website — will be provided. We will offer two topics each week beginning on April 20, 2021. These training sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM Central Time. Each presentation will last approximately 45 minutes. Once we get the VIEW program up and running, we plan to add additional topics.
The program will provide an efficient method for training new distributors. However, these webinars will also serve as a useful resource for existing distributors as they hire new employees. This training will be presented live, to make the experience as close as possible to in-person training. The platform will allow questions to be submitted in writing and the presenter will answer them at the end of the presentation.
