FRUITLAND, ID — Woodgrain Millwork is pleased to introduce Richard Stephens as the Vice President of Operations within its Window Division. He will be responsible for all plant operations at the following companies: Windsor Windows & Doors in West Des Moines, IA and Monroe, NC; Atrium Patio Doors in Greenville, TX and Monarch Windows in Aniston, AL.
Stephens joined Windsor 14 years ago as the General Manager of Windsor Windows & Doors’ Monroe facility. He has 30 years of experience in the window and door industry and recently earned his six-sigma black belt certification. The addition of this new position, will allow each plant to continue its “Lean journey” and take full advantage of best practices from throughout the division.
