WEST DES MOINES, Iowa — Windsor Windows and Doors has earned an A+, the highest possible rating, with the Better Business Bureau.
The BBB rates companies on a scale of A+ (highest) to F (lowest). This rating indicates the BBB’s degree of confidence that a business is operating in a trustworthy manner and will make a good faith effort to resolve any customer concerns.
According to its website, iowa.bbb.org, the BBB awards points based on a weighted system of 16 factors, seven of which involve complaints filed with BBB against the business and how the business handles them. While BBB Business Reviews are subject to change at any time, the BBB has received zero customer complaints against Windsor in the past 12 months.
