The 2017 St. Jude Dream Home home in Mint Hill, North Carolina, is beingbuilt by Newton Custom Homes for the second year in a row. It featuresthe latest buildingmaterials, including window and door products provided by Windsor and Matthews Building Supplyat a significant discount, representing their donation to the project. The Dream Home will be raffled off to help raise funds to find a cure for childhood cancer.
The 3,400 sq. ft. home features 3 bedrooms plus a flex room, 4 baths, covered patio, vaulted ceilings, 2 fireplaces and a gourmet kitchen. Its estimated value is $440,000.
