WEST DES MOINES, IA — Windsor Windows & Doors, a leading maker of windows and doors, has announced the retirement of Richard Stephens, Chief Operating Officer. Stephens will officially retire effective December 31, 2018.
Joining Windsor in 1993 as Vice President of Manufacturing, Stephens is a 30 year veteran of the fenestration industry, holding positions with both Peachtree and SealRite Windows Inc. prior to his employment at Windsor.
“Richard has served in this critical position for Windsor for the past eight years,” said Windsor’s President, Mark Rieser, “Stephen’s leadership has been instrumental to Windsor’s growth and success over the past 25 years. Kent Tindell, current Iowa Plant Manager, has served on the Windsor team for 30 years and will succeed Stephens as the Director of Manufacturing.
