Windsor Windows and Doors has received an A+ rating, the highest possible rating a company can achieve from the Better Business Bureau.
The BBB uses a rating scale of A+ (highest) to F (lowest) to reflect their opinion on how well the company will interact with its customers and their confidence in the company’s ability to resolve any customer concerns.
Per the [hyperlink: BBB website] the BBB awards points based on a weighted system of 16 factors, seven of which involve complaints filed with BBB against the business and how the business handles them. While BBB Business Reviews are subject to change at any time, the BBB has received zero customer complaints against Windsor in the past 12 months.

It’s what we have been doing for the last 100 years and what we continue to do today,” BBB President Chris Coleman said. “In creating a community of trustworthy businesses, we set the standard on marketplace ethics. Not all companies can be accredited. It is an exclusive privilege that must be earned and maintained.”
