Each month, this internal initiative celebrates those outstanding individuals who make a difference in our company through self-motivation, consistency, dedication and engagement in the work they do every day. The managers from each of our three production facilities will select employees who demonstrate these qualities as “Difference Makers.” We are proud to recognize these special employees who exemplify the strong work ethic and personal integrity, and who make Windsor extraordinary.
July’s Difference Maker was Marquice Hogbin from Windsor’s West Des Moines plant. Marquice demonstrates the very best qualities we look for in an employee. He is consistent, motivated, engaged and extremely dedicated to making Windsor successful. Working in the shipping department, Marquice has a great attitude that rubs off on his entire team. He helps fellow team members daily and does anything that is asked of him without hesitation. Marquice goes above and beyond every day to make sure Windsor’s customers are getting everything they ordered, and every trailer is loaded correctly. Congratulations to Marquice for being chosen as the July 2023 Difference Maker.
Congratulations to Zoila Guzman, from Windsor’s Norwalk plant, for being a recipient of the July 2023 Difference Maker Award. Zoila brings her A-game every day and comes to work with a clear understanding of what needs to be done and how to make Windsor more successful. Zoila works long hours and even comes in on Saturdays without being asked to provide an extra hand. Her product knowledge and skills are very diverse, which allows her to move about from one department to the other. Her talents have been utilized in various departments. Zoila is an outstanding employee, and it is an honor to have her represent our company. We admire her work ethic and appreciate her talents.
Thanh Nguyen was the August 2023 Difference Maker for the Windsor Norwalk Plant. Thanh works in the Vinyl Specials department. He demonstrates dedication, consistency, motivation and engagement in everything he does. Thanh often assumes responsibility for the department and works closely with managers and engineers on design issues and challenges that may arise. He is dependable and works well with everyone around him. Thanh always makes sure that the job gets done right and does it with a smile on his face. We are grateful to Thanh for ensuring that the Vinyl Specials department runs smoothly and for everything he does to make our company successful.
Congratulations to Francisco Romero! Francisco was named the July 2023 Difference Maker for Windsor’s Monroe, NC Plant. Francisco is tasked with building units in setup and press panels. He is also responsible for training new employees on the panel press. Francisco is very deserving of the Difference Maker award because of his dedication to his role. He stays late and works on Saturdays when he is not scheduled. He also frequently takes on additional responsibilies and assists in the door department. Francisco consistently has a positive attitude and is happy to help wherever he’s needed. Our success is dependent on employees like Francisco. We are grateful for his hard work and dedication.
