Those Who Make a Difference

Each month, this internal initiative celebrates those outstanding individuals who make a difference in our company through self-motivation, consistency, dedication and engagement in the work they do every day. The managers from each of our three production facilities will select employees who demonstrate these qualities as “Difference Makers.”

Reggie Reid Wins Difference Maker Award

Congratulations to Reggie Reid on being elected the December Difference Maker in our Monroe, North Carolina plant. Reggie is a relatively newer employee, having worked for Windsor for only 5 months. In that short time, he has made a difference in the Revive department by always having a positive attitude and going the extra mile for his department. In his spare time Reggie enjoys playing video games, sports and spending time with his 3 children. Thank you, Reggie, for all that you do and being an inspiration to those around you.

Jorge Orantes Wins Difference Maker Award

Jorge Orantes was the December Difference Maker at our vinyl facility in Norwalk. Jorge has worked in the vinyl paint department since October 2021. Jorge consistently has a great attitude and is ready to do whatever it takes to get the job done. He shows pride in his quality of workmanship and is always focused on the goals of his department. Jorge accepts accountability for every task that is assigned to him and strives to complete them in a timely manner. Congratulations, Jorge, on being elected a Difference Maker by your peers.

Phil Lumley Wins Difference Maker Award

The December Difference Maker in our West Des Moines plant was Phil Lumley. Phil is a member of our safety team and has been with Windsor since August 2020. He is a high-energy employee who is dedicated to ensuring the well-being of Windsor’s employees. Phil works well with all department managers and team leads at Windsor to accomplish their common goals. He understands the difficulties and challenges the production team faces each day and does his best to help alleviate those obstacles. Great job, Phil!

Morocco Rorie Wins Difference Maker Award

The January Difference Maker for our North Carolina facility was Morocco Rorie. Morocco has worked at Windsor for three years and spends his day assisting the direct set department. His experience and knowledge of our processes has made him a great asset to the company. He is a driven employee who can be depended upon to complete any task assigned to him. He has been extremely helpful in training new employees and is committed to the growth of and development of his team members. Morocco likes to draw, fix computers and illustrate children’s books.

David Sheesley Wins Difference Maker Award

Congratulations to David Sheesley from our Warehouse team on being elected the January Difference Maker in our West Des Moines plant. Due to his extensive knowledge and vast experience, David is aware of the needs of the departments throughout the plant and does whatever is needed to service the production lines. Most recently, David has done an exceptional job managing and organizing the glass needed for the specific production lines. He demonstrates his dedication to the success of Windsor each day. Thank you, David, for making a difference at Windsor.

Ma Toe Wins Difference Maker Award

Ma Toe was the January Difference Maker recipient from the Norwalk plant. Ma Toe, a member of the vinyl casement team, comes to work each day motivated and eager to make an impact. She has a positive outlook and engages with her co-workers, readily assisting others to ensure the department stays on task and reaches its daily goals. She is a reliable and friendly employee who serves as a positive role model and demonstrates leadership, making her a great asset to Windsor and those around her. Great job, Ma Toe. Keep up the good work!

Will McAllister Wins Difference Maker Award

The February Difference Maker from the North Carolina location was Will McAllister. Will works on the Radius line and has been an employee of Windsor for 30 years! He is committed to his role within the department and strives to complete his tasks on time, if not ahead of schedule. He can turn product around same day when there have been material delays. He is always willing to assist others when needed and fills in for his co-workers when they have the day off. In his spare time Will enjoys fishing and hunting. Thanks for your years of service and commitment to Windsor.

Mary Kim Wins Difference Maker Award

Mary Kim from the glass production department was the February winner of our Difference Maker award. Mary works in the West Des Moines plant and plays an integral role within the department. She is very organized and consistent in the work that she performs. She is dedicated to reaching the goals of the department and is always willing to lend a helping hand to others. She is a motivated employee who is always engaged in the task at hand and does a great job staying busy. Congratulations, Mary, we appreciate all that you do for Windsor!

San Ga Wins Difference Maker Award

The Difference Maker from our Norwalk plant for the month of February was San Ga. San works in the Next Dimension Pro area and is engaged and dedicated to reaching the goals of the production line. He is a versatile employee who does his very best to keep the department moving. He is the first to jump in and assist when he sees a gap in the production line, ensuring his department stays on schedule. Thank you, San, for all that you do for Windsor and the Next Dimension Pro production team.
