Developing a Team with Valuable Talent

Windsor’s Inside Sales Teams have continued to expand. The growth of our teams encompasses a range of valuable skillsets. Several employees have joined us with previous residential construction knowledge, window industry and manufacturing experience, and they are actively teaching and learning from one another. In addition, they’ve been undergoing special Windsor training to learn the design of our products as well as our manufacturing procedures.

The West Des Moines Inside Sales team recently held a meeting at our Divisional Office Building in West Des Moines, Iowa. Holly Mercer, our Inside Sales Manager located at our North Carolina Plant, was also in attendance. The purpose was to review our current policies and procedures and develop best practices for handling customer service requests and order entry methods. The goal was to coordinate these efforts at the two plants and create systems that would be consistent between the two production facilities.

It’s unusual to have so many of our Inside Sales team members together in one place, so we had to get a photo!
