The Importance of a Strong Value Proposition

Defining a company's value proposition is critical in order for a business's core concept to develop into a successful product offering. A value proposition is a basic explanation that defines what benefit you provide, to whom you provide that benefit and how you do it uniquely well.

This year has been very exciting for Windsor. We are all experiencing a lift from the market and it seems the economy is on the upswing, albeit a slow upswing. The timing has been ideal to focus on our Pinnacle product and strengthen our value proposition. The addition of 2604/2605 powder coat paint with 42 different shades has certainly made an impact. What really defines this expanded color offering is the 20/30 year warranty. This extended warranty has people talking!

Another key component in strengthening the Pinnacle value proposition is the expansion of 8-foot tall double hung and casements and 10-foot tall doors. It seems the demand for bigger windows and doors is growing.

But we haven't stopped there.

Adding critical products to Windsor's impact line, including taller casements, double hung and sliding doors, is complementing our overall product offering.

Product development is essential to a company's value proposition. But product performance and market position are also critical components. As we come into the busiest time of year for all of us, Windsor is focused on our Pinnacle product and the value it brings to your success!
