Our Windsor University Training Sessions are held six times each year at the Iowa and North Carolina manufacturing facilities. These two-day training sessions provide classroom training on all of our products, factory tours, an overview of our order entry policies and procedures, a thorough explanation of our marketing efforts, product development, our PowerTools quoting software, as well as our Warranty and Service procedures. This is a wonderful opportunity to engage with our employees in person, rather than just speaking to them on the phone.

We also offer WindsorVIEW training sessions that are posted on our marketing site. These five-minute audio/visual presentations cover nine different topics over the course of about 45 minutes; Why Windsor, Windsor Windows Website, Pinnacle, Pinnacle Select Doors, Next Dimension, Finishes, Remodeling, PTQ and Field Service. These quick-hitting sessions are a fast and convenient way to learn all there is to know about Windsor at your own pace and whenever it’s convenient for you.

Your Regional Sales Manager is always eager to schedule on-site product training sessions. Schedule time to cover product updates, perform PowerTools Quote training, and to review product bulletins. It is important to keep current as our industry evolves. These on-site training sessions are also a great time for the RSMs to explain the Windsor Windows YouTube channel containing 12 short videos that include manufacturing techniques, common service functions and frequently asked installation questions.

Your Regional Sales Manager is also available to make builder and architect sales calls with you. This is a great way to seek out new customers and reinforce your relationship with current customers. These meetings are a wonderful opportunity to convey Windsor’s value proposition, which will solidify current projects and encourage new opportunities. Once completed, the Regional Sales Manager will enter these contacts into our database so your builders and architects will receive a monthly email sharing Windsor Windows product information.

Another sure-fire way to cement your relationship with a builder and architect is to schedule an educational trip to one of Windsor’s production facilities. Windsor is always pleased to host these fun-filled customer visits. We receive rave reviews on these customized plant tours and training sessions. These trips provide a memorable experience that you and your customers will talk about for years to come.
